By year 2015, we received an enquiry from Thailand Iron ore plant, the vacuum filter belt in their Iron ore machine is easy to broken by joint part, and they want a vacuum filter belt which can filter the moisture of their Iron ore lower to 8%, but their existing belt supplier cannot do it.
After discussed with our engineers and checked previous successful case, our sales manager came to Thailand and had a meeting with their engineer to confirm more details.
We received trial order from this customer by end of year 2015, and customized vacuum filter belt according to customer’s requirement. After customer install our belt in their Iron ore machine and test, they find our vacuum filter belt can lower the mosture of Iron ore to 8% and the joint part is much stronger than their used belt. So, they replacement our vacuum filter belt instead of all their broken used belt by year 2016, and have long-term cooperation with us till now.
