By year 2016, we received an enquiry from our customer in Morroco, they import CL SMS Spunbond line from China, and the conbeyor belt in their line is easy to broken by joint part, they want to have a new design conveyor belt with long time service life.
After discussed with our engineers and checked previous successful case, our sales manager came to Morroco and had a meeting with their engineer to confirm more details.
Our engineers find this customer’s line is SMS line with 350m/min operating speed, the conveyor belt they used is finished by single pin joint, so it’s easy to broken by high speed operating speed. We advice customer use our Flat wire Spunbond formation belt with double pin joint.
Customer placed order to us by end of year 2016 and ask us to make two pieces belts for testing. This the first order we receive from Morroco market and we know that have totally 15 Spunbond factory in Morroco market through customer. After customer receive our belts and install in their machine, it works quite well and the service life is 8 months.
This customer also introduce us to other Spunbond factory in Morroco and we already worked with 8 Spunbond customers here.
