By year 2014, we received an enquiry from India paper mills, this customer is produce printing paper with MESTO paper machine, and the operation speed of their paper machine is 800m/min.
They import forming wire from China, but it didn’t works well, the paper’s surface is not smooth with this forming wire.
After discuss with our engineers, we think our 3 layers forming wire is suitable for their paper machine.
At first, we sent A4 size forming wire sample to customer’s address for testing, it works quite well in customer’s lab, customer have confidence in our quality and experience.
By Aug of 2014, customer placed order to us, and they received our forming wire by Oct 2014 in their plant, after 2 month’s use, our forming wire works quite well in their paper machine, even better than their original forming wire, 2 weeks later, customer also repalce the dryer screen in their paper machine into our dryer screen, and it also works perfect.
