By Jan 2020, we received an enquiry from a Greece Surgical Equipment company for PTFE precut felt use for their Surgical equipment.

Frankly, we don’t know details about the position where they use our PTFE precut felt in their Surgical equipment. Our PTFE felt is mainly use for filtration industry before, and we don’t know PTFE felt can use for Surgical industry till we received this enquiry.

This enquiry’s details is as below:

1. 100% PTFE precut felt   White color   Gram weight:950gsm    Thickness:1.2mm   Size: 10cm x 10cm
2. 100% PTFE precut felt   White color   Gram weight:950gsm    Thickness:1.2mm   Size: 15cm x 15cm

In order to make this order and for future business developement, we purchase a Hydraumatic cutting machine and produce 500m 100% PTFE felt for trial. First, we cut the rolls PTFE felt to customer’s require size by Hydraumatic, but since the felt cutting by Hydraumatic machine will have scirm spread out, we have to ask our workers repair the felt’s edge by scissor with handwork, so every piece of our PTFE precut felt is very neat and in accurate size.

Our customer receive this 100% PTFE precut felt order in time, and very satisfied with our quality and service.
